Estella Rendall

Estella practices U.S. immigration law, including family-, employment- and humanitarian-based immigration.

Estella is a bilingual second-generation American, with a parent and other family members from Peru. In addition to seeing family members deal with the U.S. immigration system, she has lived abroad, including in Spain, Australia and, currently, Germany. Through this background, she has developed compassion for clients navigating their way through the complex and dynamic U.S. immigration system.

Estella graduated from University of Houston Law Center in 2015 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. It was during law school that she enrolled in the Immigration Law Clinic and became inspired to pursue immigration law. Before that she graduated magna cum laude from St. Lawrence University.

Most recently, Estella worked in private practice, serving individual and corporate/organizational clients in family- and employment-based immigration matters. She has worked with clients on obtaining a wide range of visas, various paths to a green card and with naturalization. She has assisted clients with applications and interviews before USCIS, CBP and various U.S. Consulates around the world.

Previously Estella worked at a Houston-area non-profit, representing unaccompanied minors in removal defense, including asylum cases. She has provided pro bono services at DACA and naturalization workshops and by giving “Know-Your-Rights” Presentations. She has also been invited to speak at several high schools in her community about the U.S. immigration system. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and previously served as liaison to the USCIS Manchester, NH Field Office.

Estella lives in Potsdam, Germany with her husband and two young kids. While temporarily in Germany, she has been learning the language and enjoying cycling and visiting as many bakeries as possible!
